Who is Construction Services, Inc.?

Owner – Jim Lyons

Company - Construction Services, Inc. was incorporated in Dec 2005.  Our office is located in San Jose. 

Business – Specializing in multi-family construction management, design, maintenance and upkeep related to asphalt paving, concrete, fencing, balconies, trellises, siding, painting, roofing, lighting, fire damage and post litigation.   All facets of construction.

Years of Services – Jim has worked in the Multi-family industry for over 25 years.  He started in the early 90’s specializing in litigation and forensic construction for 6 years then stepped my way into Construction Management, only to take a 3 year hiatus to work for a large construction company specializing in public works and building of schools, the remaining years have been dedicated to construction management of multi-family communities.  

Work Load – On average we have 13-15 projects open at any given time.

Licensing – Engineering License A and General Building License B from the state of California #804285

Insurance – 1-mil/2-mil Aggregate General Liability, 1-mil Work Comp, 1-mil Professional Liability, 1-mil Auto
